What a listing means — and what it does not.

A profile is considered only where there is a relevant, publicly accessible first-party source. Before publication, the editor records what the provider says it offers, who it is for, the available formats, any stated access information and relevant disclosures.

Each published profile should show a visible information-checked date and source links. A record can be moved back to review when material facts change or cannot be reconfirmed.

We do not publish ratings, reviews, popularity claims, provider rankings, clinical recommendations or implied endorsements. We do not infer accreditation, independence, access or price from incomplete information.

Providers and readers can send a correction request with a specific source. The editor will review relevant claims and amend, annotate, unpublish or retain the record according to the evidence available.
