Privacy

Privacy and analytics information.

When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, subject and message you choose to provide so the editorial team can understand and respond to your enquiry.

Contact-form messages

Contact form messages are stored in the project’s editorial workspace and an alert is sent to the project owner. Do not submit patient-identifiable information, medical records or sensitive clinical information through this form.

Optional analytics

We ask before loading optional analytics. If you accept, analytics help us understand aggregated site use and count provider-page clicks to external provider websites. The click count records the provider and the day only; it does not record your name, email address, IP address, device, or browsing history.

If you reject analytics, optional visit and outbound-click measurement is not loaded. You can change your analytics choice at any time using the Analytics preferences control in the site footer.

Your choice

We store your analytics choice locally in your browser so the site can remember whether to load optional analytics. This public notice describes the current setup. A fuller privacy notice setting out the applicable data-controller and retention arrangements should be completed before a broader public launch.
